Board of Directors

Four towns – Berlin, Cromwell, New Britain, and Middletown – appoint volunteer Directors who bring to the District a variety of experience and background. The Board of Directors meets monthly to provide guidance, oversight and financial control to the operation. The Board's committees (Finance, Engineering, Human Resources and Property Management) interact regularly with its management staff.
