CT DEEP GENERAL PERMITS

For the District’s administration of ALL CT DEEP GENERAL PERMITS, INCLUDING THE RE-ISSUED NON-SIU GP, please submit a full completed HARDCOPY with the applicable fee to the Mattabassett District.

For All CT DEEP General Permits the fee is $ 500.00, EXCEPT for the non-SIU GP SECIFICALLY FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE WASHWATER. For vehicle maintenance washwater the fee is $150.00.

If you require consultation or direction as to whether you need a permit or not, please consult with CTDEEP as they are the author of the permits, or check their website for information.
